Secretariat

The Secretariat deals with study checks, dispensation applications, internal waiting lists and subletting. The office in the basement GH has the following opening hours: Monday 7-8 p.m. and Thursday 8-9 p.m.

The openinghours are depended on Counselmeetings and other meetings held in the room. Therefore will the office be closed when the room are used for Counselmeetings.

The dates for the next Counselmeeting kan be found in the notice sent by mail to all enrolled network members, in Nybrotidende, and on the door to our office in the H basement.
