Rules of conduct

During your stay in KælderCaféen you will be subject to the following rules:

General behavior:

• Your behavior cannot bother the other guests.
• Advisements from bartenders must be followed.
• Guests are not allowed behind the bar or in the stock room.
• For the sake of other residents, excessive noise outside KælderCaféen is not acceptable.
• Fighting and threatening behavior as well as theft is not tolerated on KælderCaféen’s premises, and will result in an immediate ban. KælderCaféen is a place where everyone should be able to enjoy themselves.

Guests:

• If you, as a resident, bring guests to KælderCaféen, you will be held responsible for their behavior as far as the law permits.
• Guests wihtout relation to the dormitory will not be allowed entrance to KælderCaféen.

Drinks, bottles:

• Glasses, bottles, etc. may not leave KælderCaféen.
• Any drink left without supervision may be removed by the bartenders at any time.
• Outside drinks are not allowed to be brought inside.

Smoking:

• Smoking is not allowed inside KælderCaféen. Go outside if you want to smoke.

Pool and foosball:

• Sitting/standing on the pool table is not allowed.
• Do not set down your drink on the foosball or pool table.

Drugs:

• No forms of recreational drugs are allowed to be brought inside KælderCaféen.
• Being under the influence of any recreational drug on KælderCaféen’s premises is also prohibited.

If any of the above rules are broken, a ban may be issued. The default length of a ban is one month, but the management board may decide to increase the length of a ban if it is deemed necessary in a specific situation.
